Elevating our dishes

Inspired by his grandfather’s homegrown meals, Barry has been cooking up flavour since 1997. A PomMarine graduate with a passion for locally-sourced ingredients and farm-to-table cuisine, he’s worked with top chefs like Scott Ames and led kitchens at renowned restaurants like Pisces. Barry has been featured in Menu Barbados (April 2024) and proudly represented Bajan cuisine at the Barbados Food & Rum Festival in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

When he’s not crafting culinary magic, he’s hitting the gym — and admits he still can’t swim or play dominoes.
